TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Presage Technologies, LLC Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") including the Presage Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference herein, constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Presage Technologies, LLC. ("Company"), concerning your access to and use of the Company Website ("Website") and the forums, blogs, library of preconfigured virtual appliances and any virtual appliance you may create ("Company Service"). The Company Services are hosted in the United States.
