Tuned-In Technology

In tune with your needs.

click2try’s proprietary system of software To deliver a convenient and reliable technology solution, click2try’s enabling system of software runs virtual machines on servers that you direct from your desktop through an efficient and economical Web-based environment. This system functions like a Virtual Machine (VM) Jukebox™.

As easy to operate as its musical counterpart, the VM Jukebox provides you with the software equivalent of enjoying the music without composing the tune, outfitting the band, or conducting the musicians. Select new songs or play the same ones over and over, regardless of other requests. You are your own private audience.

Behind the scenes, click2try’s integrated instruments deliver the music in the form of self-contained, fully functional Open Source software applications.

  • Catalog - Like a playlist, it contains all available software applications. Make your click2try selection and the VM Jukebox™ initiates your request in the form of a new virtual machine.
  • User Dashboard - It’s your control panel to the VM Jukebox™. Manage your account, purchase subscriptions, start and stop applications, and monitor your virtual machines.
  • Jukebox Manager - It coordinates the activities for all components of the VM Jukebox™ and maintains configuration information for users and servers.
  • VM Dispatcher - As the size of a concert dictates the appropriate venue, the dispatcher determines which server in the data center will run your virtual machine and software application.
  • Viewer - It’s the interface that handles all interaction with an application you select. It features a Quick Start guide pane and links to other resources so you can master the application as quickly as possible.
  • Provisioner - Responsible for collecting management and monitoring information for system planning and reliability, this software opens the Viewer and handles all aspects of a virtual machine’s lifecycle.
  • Storage Manager - Like the final take in the recording studio, the last saved state of your virtual machine is preserved on centralized storage servers.
