Consumer Safety Policy
GENERAL TIPS
Privacy and safety are very important to Presage Technologies, Inc. (“Presage”). Here are some tips for using the social networking features of Presage’s Website located at http://www.click2try.com/ (“Website”):
- Information posted on the Website is public. Users under the age of 16 are automatically assigned a private profile that cannot be modified to allow public access, but users over the age of 16 may adjust and configure the privacy settings on their own profile to make it either private or publicly accessible. All users may configure the privacy settings on their profile so that they must pre-approve comments before they are posted. Do not post anything in your profile or on any forum, blog or chatroom that you would not want to make publicly available. Do not post anything that would make it easy for a stranger to find you. Consider setting the online feature to conceal whether you are online.
- People are not always who they say they are. It is fun to connect with new people that you meet on the Website, but think twice before you add a stranger to your friends list, and avoid meeting up with people you do not know in person, no matter how well you interact with that person online. If you must meet someone in person, make sure someone else knows what you are doing and where you are meeting the person, and always meet in a public place. Bringing along a friend or a trusted adult is a great idea, too.
- Harassment, hate and inappropriate content should be reported. If you feel someone’s behavior is inappropriate, please report it to us at

or to the appropriate authorities.
- Do not post anything that would embarrass you later. Because the Website is public, do not post anything you would not want your parents, potential employers, teachers or your boss to see.
- Be honest about your age. You must be honest about your age. If Presage customer service determines that you are under the age of 13 but are pretending to be older, Presage will delete your profile. Likewise, if Presage determines that you are 18 years of age or older but pretending to be under the age of 18, Presage will delete your profile.
REPORTING ABUSE
- Presage cannot guarantee that the Website is entirely free of illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate material, or that Website users will not encounter inappropriate or illegal conduct from other users, much in the same way as would be true with any large community in the physical world. If you encounter illegal or inappropriate conduct from other users, please contact us at

and let us know.
- All users should report suspicious people and inappropriate content, and we strongly encourage users under the age of 18 to talk to their parents or a responsible adult immediately if someone online says or does something to make them feel uncomfortable or threatened in any way.
ADDITIONAL TIPS FOR PARENTS
- No use of Website for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use or access the Website, and parents of children that are 13 years of age and older should consider whether their child should be supervised during the child's use of the Website.
- Talk to your children. Presage strongly urges parents to talk to their children about the dangers they may encounter online and on the Website, and to make sure their children are using the Website in a safe manner. Parents may want to install monitoring software on home computers if they are concerned about what their children are doing online.
- Report inappropriate behavior. Harassment, hate speech, inappropriate content and inappropriate conduct all violate the Presage Terms of Use Agreement and should be reported. If your child encounters inappropriate behavior, he or she should report it to you, the authorities and/or Presage. To report a problem to Presage, please send Presage an e-mail at:

- Your contact information. When you are using the Internet and the Website, do not give out your full name, phone number, address or the name of your school. If someone asks you for this information, do not reply. Always check with your parents before you give out any information about yourself or your family.
- Photos. Do not share photos of yourself, your family or your home with people you meet online.
- E-mail and electronic files. Do not open or accept e-mails, files, URLs (Web addresses) or anything else from people you do not know. Always delete unknown e-mail attachments without opening them.
- Online postings. Remember, not everything that you read online is true.
- Avoid in-person meetings with someone you met online. Do not agree to meet with anyone you meet online unless your parents agree to go with you. If you go with your parents to meet someone you met online, always do so in a public place.
- Protect your privacy. Set your profile to private which lets only your friends view your profile. Users under the age of 16 are automatically assigned a private profile.
- Do not get hooked by a phishing scam. Phishing is a method used to try to get your personal information such as your username and password by pretending to be a site you trust. If you receive unusual bulletins or messages from a friend, they might have been phished. Check with them before opening any files or clicking on any links. If you think you or a friend are a victim of phishing, immediately change your password and report the incident to
