Request Tracker: RT lets you track multiple projects for multiple teams, using a simple ticketing system. Request Tracker is simply super

I think Request Tracker is very valuable resource. In Request Tracker we can configure user roles, custome business rules etc also we can track multiple projects. Functionality customizations, Web UI is simply superb.
