Request Tracker is simply super

I think Request Tracker is very valuable resource. In Request Tracker we can configure user roles, custome business rules etc also we can track multiple projects. Functionality customizations, Web UI is simply superb.

RTFM is a useful system to assign, track issues& defects of a project. It supports multi team, multi project & functionality customizations. Really this is very useful for us.

Nice….Request tracker is very good and useful. We can submit and assign a ticket for each issue. We can configure request tracker user roles, access,custom business rules set up. Request tracker is a very valuable resource for us.

Request Tracket is a powerful & useful system for assigning and tracking of issues, defects of a project, By using simple ticketing system we can track multiple projects for multiple teams. Multi team capable, multi project enabled, Web UI, functionality customizations are additional advantages. RTFM is useful for all.
