I think Bugzilla is useful application. Security, workflow customization, reports, Email notification, time tracking are additional features…… really good one.

Bugzilla is really good application…we can customize this application easily. Email notifications, time tracking… etc features are very useful.

Bugzilla is very easy to customize and use. Options like create, edit products, components, versions, custom fields, field values are good. It supports all reports... graphical reports etc. Bugzilla is really very useful application.
